Stainless Steel Kadai

Stainless Steel Kadai

We specialize in design and manufacture of stainless steel kadai ideal for application in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and other industries. These kadai are provided with discharge valve, solid SS end plates, 'U' shaped trough, and SS shaft with specially designed paddles. Sturdy in construction, our kadai are used for mixing dry or dump material and for tablet granulation.

Pulper

The machine is designed for extracting the pulp of most fruits and vegetables such as mangoes guavas, peaches, tomatoes banana etc.

Mounted on a heavy duty mild steel stand, the central pulping unit of the machine consists of a pair of brushes fixed on stainless steel shaft and one stainless steel sieve.

The gap between the sieve and brushes can be adjusted to suit different types, sizes and qualities of product to be pulped. The sieve is available in perforations of different sizes and is easily removable for quick interchanging and cleaning. All contact parts confirm to AISI 304 quality stainless steel.

Pills Making Machine

STICK / ROD MAKING MACHINE - HAND OPERATED

It makes the elongated stick of the mixed material - to be fed into motorized pills making machine.

Pills Making Machine - Motorized

It consists of sets of two rollers with cut groove spaces for suitable size of pills to be prepared. It is motorized operated with belt. The unit is with one set of roller of desired size of pills up to 12 mm.

Disintegrator

The whole body of the machine made from heavy-duty mild steel. It is high powdered machine for grinding / cutting hard materials into smaller fragments / pcs. Complete made from Mild Steel. Provided with 3-phase motor.

Oscillating Granulator

The machine is complete in all respects, with all contact parts of SS-304, horizontal type, suitable for wet and dry granulation process, complete with suitable elec. motor, reduction gear box, quick opening and locking arrangement, for changing the sieves, machine duly painted and finished.

Dehumidifier

Cyclone Pulverizer

The unit is to reduce the size of the herbs, medicines powder etc. All contact parts of the pulverizer is made of mild steel. The machine is driven by motor of Three Phase, with starter etc.

The unit is provided with provision for affixing mesh of different size as per requirement and nature of material to be pulverized.

The Pulverizer shall reduce the powder size upto 100 # mesh.

Ribbon Blades 

Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blenders are widely used for homogeneous mixing of dry granules & powders. The blender comprises a 'U' shaft with two sets of spiral ribbons, one inside the other. Inner and outer ribbons are perfectly arranged, that during rotation, the material reaches each corner of the trough and imparts radial & linear motion to the whole of the material to be mixed. Our range of ribbon blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending.

Operations:
· The complete assembly is mounted on a MS/ SS structure
· The material is moved from side of the trough to the centre and vice versa resulting in quick & homogeneous mixing
· Double ribbon configuration also brings material towards central bottom outlet while discharging
· A specially designed valve is provided at the center or butterfly valve for discharge
· Blending is achieved in semi-fluidized state in the upper zone of the trough when used for fine powders
· Machine can be provided with spray nozzles with pressure spraying system for spraying additives in blenders
· Ribbon blender can also be used as dryer by providing jacket on the trough
